Notes: Geffen had its name left off the first pressing due to the band's image. The LP and cassette cover imitate the first Doors album. The US CD has a different cover and the insert unfolds into an inverted cross. According to Glenn Danzig, the word "lucifuge" means "to shun the light." The first pressing cassette inlay cards had lyrics in black ink on a white background; later pressings used white lettering on a black background. All cassette pressings come with an attached merchandise order form that is unavailable on other formats. For unknown reasons, the lyrics included with the CD differ slightly from those of the LP. and cassette. The Japanese version of the CD has a regular lyrics booklet in place of the inverted cross insert.
