CHRIST ON HIS BIKE! 
DANZIG'S JOHN CHRIST and EERIE VON quit!

DANZIG guitarist John Christ and bassist Eerie Von have both left the band,
leaving mainman Glenn Danzig as the sole remaining original member.
 
  Christ and Von have initially cited 'creative differences' as the main
reasons for their departure.  Apparently, they were both becoming 
increasingly unhappy at the monopoly Glenn Danzig has on songwriting.
  In addition, there are rumours that Christ and Von were also dissatisfied
with financial matters.
  There's no word as yet on who Glenn Danzig will recruit as replacements 
or what Christ and Von's future plans are.
