Cassette copies substitute an extra band photo in place of the lyrics. Japanese CD copies also come with a six page biography. Some LPs do not come with sticker on front cover or lyric sheet; these copies have a plastic inner sleeve.

Notes: This promotional single was released mainly to radio stations. At least one black vinyl copy with a black and white sleeve with identical matrix etchings (assumed to be a test pressing) is known to exist, owned by Fabian Karnoll of Leonberg, Germany. Little is known about the black vinyl copy. According to The Misfits, the original artwork for the single was blue, and the black vinyl copy is a bootleg.
